Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Understanding ADHD
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects roughly 3-5% of the adult population, according to the CDC. For many, ADHD isn’t recognized until adulthood. This can mean spending years wondering why tasks like managing time, meeting expectations, or maintaining focus feel more difficult for you.
With ADHD support, we’ll incorporate some Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with the goal of increasing emotional awareness and mindfulness. We’ll also work together to identify behavioral strategies you can use to improve timeliness, focus and organization.
