Rates & Insurance
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I believe it’s important to have a clear understanding of what to expect. Below you’ll find the standard rates for each service, along with information about insurance and sliding scale options.
Counseling Intake Assessment
$165
Begin your therapy journey with a personalized 60-minute intake that maps clear goals. All sessions are conducted via secure Telehealth platform.
60 Minute Individual Session
$150
60 minute individual session conducted via secure Telehealth.
90 Minute Individual Session
$215
Available for those who feel that they would benefit from some additional time than a regular one hour session may offer. This is an excellent option for those with busy schedules, when a weekly session may not be feasible, but a 90 minutes every other week, is. Conducted via secure Telehealth platform.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
I am in the process of becoming in-network with Highmark, Aetna and Independence Blue Cross. If your insurance plan is not listed, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Please note: Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Sliding Scale Self-Assessment
This graphic and description of sliding scale fee structures is adapted from The Sliding Scale: A Tool of Economic Justice by Alexis J. Cunningfolk and Embracing Equity.
Financial circumstances can look different for everyone and may change over time. To make therapy more accessible, I offer a sliding scale using the Green Bottle Method. This self-assessment is simply a tool to help you find a rate that feels manageable and supports your goals in therapy, there is no right or wrong answer. If your circumstances fall outside of these ranges, we can explore your options together.
